Well-Being Coaching

The overall aim of the well-being coaching at The Alternative OT, is to share the importance of self-care.

The objective will be to help you remember to live a life which is led by your heart.

The sessions will support you to realise your true self and reclaim your own power and inner resource, in order to live the life your heart dreams of and your soul KNOWS you are here to live.

 Well-being coaching will:

  • Support you to identify what issues are preventing you from getting the most out of life

  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with yourself and others

  • Help you set healthy boundaries

  • Grow in confidence

  • Get clarity on what you want out of a specific situation or more generally, in life.

My promise here, is to support you in understanding your current circumstances.

Together we will reflect and excavate old and worn-out patterns that no longer serve you and welcome in new ways in which you can experience the world around you.
